Manavgat Waterfall
A wide, low waterfall on the Manavgat river, set in a riverside park with cafés.
The Manavgat Waterfall is a broad cascade where the river drops over a series of rock ledges. Viewing platforms, tea gardens and souvenir stalls line the bank a few kilometres north of Manavgat town.
It is usually combined with a boat trip down the Manavgat river to the point where it meets the sea, passing banana and citrus plantations, with lunch on board or on the beach.
- →The waterfall is strongest in spring; in late summer it is gentler, so set expectations.
- →Manavgat’s weekly market is a popular add-on — check the market day when scheduling.
