Travel accounting is not generic accounting: one booking can involve three currencies, a supplier paid in advance, an agent on credit, a commission and a refund months later. Wingstack Accounting is built around the booking file, so every sale, cost, commission and payment posts to the ledger automatically with the booking reference attached.

It manages receivables from agents and customers, payables to hotels, airlines and transport suppliers, and the exchange differences between them. For companies in Türkiye it supports e-Fatura and e-Arşiv workflows through integrator services, and for other markets it exports cleanly to your local accounting system or auditor.

How it works

  1. 01
    Book

A confirmed booking creates the receivable, payable and expected margin automatically.

  2. 02
    Invoice

Customer invoices are issued, including e-invoices where required, in the right currency.

  3. 03
    Collect and pay

Receipts and supplier payments are recorded and matched against open items.

  4. 04
    Reconcile

Bank statements, card settlements and supplier invoices are reconciled to bookings.

  5. 05
    Close

Period reports are produced, FX revaluations posted and data exported if needed.

Benefits

Real margins per booking

See the actual profit of every file after costs, commissions and FX.

Less manual entry

Postings come from bookings, so accountants review instead of retype.

Control over credit

Agent balances and limits are enforced at the moment of booking.

Audit-ready records

Every ledger line links back to its booking, invoice and payment.

Frequently asked questions

Does it replace our current accounting software?+

It can be your full travel ledger, or it can act as a sub-ledger that exports summarised entries to your existing ERP. We agree the split during discovery.

Can we migrate opening balances and open items?+

Yes. Opening balances, open receivables and payables are imported and reconciled before go-live so you start from a clean position.

How is accounting priced?+

As a subscription module, usually scaled by number of users and transaction volume. E-invoicing integrator fees are billed by the integrator you choose.

Can the chart of accounts follow our local rules?+

Yes. The chart of accounts, tax codes and posting rules are configurable to match your jurisdiction and your auditor’s requirements.
