In travel, the customer is often a company: a tour operator abroad, a sub-agent network, a corporate travel buyer or an event organiser. Wingstack CRM is designed around these accounts, with contacts, contracts, credit terms, markets and booking history in one record, instead of a generic contact list that knows nothing about bookings.

Sales teams track group requests, MICE enquiries and new partner onboarding through configurable pipelines, while account managers see each partner’s production, cancellations and outstanding balance without asking accounting. Because CRM shares data with the booking engine and accounting, every number in an account review is the real one.

Frequently asked questions

Can we import our existing agent and contact database?+

Yes. Accounts, contacts and notes can be imported from spreadsheets or another CRM, with duplicates checked during the import.

Do we need the booking engine to use the CRM?+

No, the CRM works on its own. Connected to the booking engine and accounting, it adds live production and balance data to each account.

How is the CRM priced?+

Typically per user per month as part of a subscription, with no extra charge for the number of accounts or contacts stored.

Can we design our own pipeline stages and fields?+

Yes. Pipelines, stages, custom fields and required documents are configurable by an administrator without development work.
