Every hotel, transfer, tour and charter seat on Nestigo is shown at the net rate agreed in your FlyNest contract — the price your company is invoiced, with no hidden margin on top. Your reservation team works from the same figures your accounts team settles, so quoting, booking and reconciliation all start from one number.
On top of the net, you define your own markup rules. Set a default margin for your whole account, then refine it by product type, destination or supplier — a higher margin on Istanbul city hotels, a fixed amount per transfer, a different percentage for charter seats. Nestigo calculates the selling price for every result, so your agents can quote customers instantly without a spreadsheet, while the net always stays visible to authorised users.
How it works
- 1Open markup settings
From your account menu, go to Pricing and open the markup rules list. Your account default rule is already there.
- 2Create a rule
Choose the scope — product type, destination, supplier or a combination — and enter a percentage or a fixed amount in your booking currency.
- 3Preview the result
Before saving, check a sample search to see net price, markup and selling price side by side for the products the rule affects.
- 4Save and quote
Save the rule. From the next search, results show your selling price alongside the net, ready to share with your customer.
What’s included
Apply margins to hotels, transfers, tours or charter seats separately, narrow them to a city or region, or target an individual supplier.
Use a percentage on the net, a fixed amount per booking, per room or per person, depending on how you price each product line.
When several rules match, the most specific one applies — supplier before destination, destination before product type, product type before your account default.
Round selling prices up to whole units or to a chosen ending so quotes look clean in front of customers.
Show agents the selling price for quotes and customer documents, while net rates stay visible only to users with pricing rights.
Test a rule against live search results before it goes into effect, so no booking is ever quoted on an unintended margin.
Why it matters
- Full price transparency
You always know the net you will be invoiced, booking by booking.
- Margins under your control
Your commercial policy is applied consistently by every agent and branch, not left to individual judgement.
- Faster quoting
Selling prices are calculated in the search results, so your team quotes in seconds.
- Cleaner reconciliation
Net figures on the portal match the statements and invoices you receive from FlyNest.
Frequently asked questions
Are the rates on Nestigo really net?+
Yes. Prices are the net rates agreed in your partner contract. Any markup you see is the one your company has configured.
Can different branches use different margins?+
Yes. Markup rules can be set at account level and refined for branches or sub-agents, so each one sells at the margin you decide.
Does my markup appear on the FlyNest invoice?+
No. FlyNest invoices you at net. Your markup is your own revenue and is only used to calculate the selling price you show your customers.
Can I hide net rates from some staff?+
Yes. User permissions let you decide who sees net prices and who only sees selling prices.
