Köprülü Canyon
A national park with a deep river canyon, Roman bridges and the region’s best-known rafting route.
Köprülü Canyon National Park follows the Köprüçay river through limestone gorges and pine and cypress forest. The single-arched Roman Oluk Bridge still spans the canyon, and the ruins of ancient Selge lie in the mountains above.
Rafting starts near Beşkonak on a cold, clear river with easy to moderate rapids, suitable for beginners and families with older children. Riverside restaurants serve trout and grills after the trip.
- →Water is cold all year — guests should bring a change of clothes and shoes that can get wet.
- →Minimum ages apply to rafting; confirm with the operator when booking families.
- →Around 75 minutes from Belek, longer from Kemer — plan a full day.
