Does it work if we use only subcontractors?+
Yes. Jobs can be allocated to your own fleet, to subcontractors or to a mix of both, with the same tracking.
Do drivers need smartphones?+
The driver app works on standard Android and iOS phones. Jobs can also be sent by SMS or WhatsApp where an app is not practical.
How is transfer dispatch priced?+
Typically as a subscription scaled by the number of vehicles or monthly jobs. Driver app users are included.
Can we define our own zones and grouping rules?+
Yes. Zones, time windows, vehicle types and grouping logic are configured for each destination you operate in.
